Description
Rehabilitation of approximately 500' of Fishing Creek on Windsor Borough property from Gable Avenue to Baseball alley, including removal of existing deteriorated stone walls, installation of fish habitats (modified mud sills & stone cross vanes with double throat, installation of a new pedestrian bridge, stream embankment grading, natural stone steps, and conversion of an existing stormwater aqueduct into a stormwater BMP facility including a improved culvert pipe crossing and rip-rap apron.
